Horrible bank

Just after the merger, all of my accounts were closed w/ no explanation. I switched all my personal banking to Capital One. 7 months later Trust sends me email about wanting my banking business. Yeah, not going happen.

User's recommendation: Never bank w/ truist.

Fees for cashing checks is outrageous

I have been busting tail all day to get what little money I could. Eight dollars to cash a check is not just outrageous it is criminal. You need to shut down. From here on out I will tell my clients to add eight dollars to every check jist to feedyou, satan
